Dear Fellow Australians,

Next Tuesday, the 4th of March 2008, at 9:30 am, I will be Challenging the Jurisdiction of the NSW Supreme Court, Queen's Square, Sydney, because it is a Kangaroo Court, ie: disregarding the legal right to trial by jury, etc. Below is a preliminary episode that took place on Thursday to 14th of Fefruary, 2008. It is a public hearing and any interested member of the public is entitled to come along and witness proceedings.

Yours sincerely,
John Wilson.

THE SUPREME COURT

20354/07 - JOHN WILSON v HATZISTORGOS & KNIGHT

Mr J Wilson appeared in person

No appearance of or for the Defendants

---

WILSON: Excuse me, I have an urgent matter. I am challenging the jurisdiction of the court in this matter I have against John Hatzistorgos and Ian Knight. I filed a notice of motion on 4 February to this effect and it was listed for today. You cancelled that date.

REGISTRAR: Mr Wilson.

WILSON: You have no right to cancel that date. You are only a bookkeeper. You have no judicial authority at all.

REGISTRAR: Thank you. Thank you, Mr Wilson.

WILSON: I did not give my consent for that date to be cancelled.

REGISTRAR: Mr Wilson, your motion was returnable today. There is a matter listed on 4 March. The matter has been stood over for all matters to be dealt with on 4 March.

WILSON: This is an interlocutory matter. It was challenging the jurisdiction of the court.

REGISTRAR: Mr Wilson, the matter is not--

WILSON: That hearing on 4 March will be a kangaroo court like all the other courts in this country. The purpose of challenging the jurisdiction of the court is to destroy these kangaroo courts.

REGISTRAR: Thank you.

WILSON: They deny people their rights and deny legal procedures. These are kangaroo courts.

REGISTRAR: Thank you, Mr Wilson.

WILSON: I demand that the challenge go ahead and that a special jury be summoned to hear that jurisdictional challenge.

REGISTRAR: I understand that, Mr Wilson. You and I have had our conflicts before in relation to the question of

jury. It still stands, the matter will be dealt with on 4 March. Thank you.

WILSON: That will be another kangaroo court.

REGISTRAR: Thank you, Mr Wilson. Now I don't particularly want to ask the officer to ask you to leave.

WILSON: Everybody has witnessed--

REGISTRAR: Thank you, Mr Wilson.

WILSON: A kangaroo court is a court which acts unfairly or dishonestly or disregards legal rights or disregards legal procedures.

REGISTRAR: If Mr Wilson could be removed please.

WILSON: These are kangaroo courts.

SPEAKER: Can I ask you to please leave.

WILSON: I hope that's on the transcript, because I'm going to get a copy of it.

REGISTRAR: Thank you. Yes, matters by consent.

WILSON: Do you understand what kangaroo courts are?

ADJOURNED TO TUESDAY 4 MARCH 2008
